Pasteurizer& Cooling tunnel

This machine is mainly used to sterilize the filled material in tin cans, PET bottles, glass bottles and pouches etc.

There are mainly 3 sections: heating, holding, cooling section.

 

There are temperature display instrument, water pressure display instrument, temperature sensor and liquid level sensorfor each step.

It is equipped vertical type stainless steel spraying circulation water pump.

There is automatically chlorination supplying pump for first, second, third and fourth step. There is a inspection device which is used to inspect chlorine content on one of step. Other step is automatically adding chlorination according to the inspection figure. The chlorine content of cooling water is more than 5ppm.

All kinds of valves and pipe fitting of pneumatic component, steam and waterway are used production of domestic company or joint-venture company

There is a repairing cover which easily opens above the equipment. Under flume, there are repairing manhole. Manhole is designed ellipse sealing type. There are pulling and pushing type observation and repairing transparency sealing windows at bottle-in and bottle-out station.
